In 2002 a microbrewery and accompanying restaurant were build on the grounds of the glasss factory, next door to the glass smelting house. Here guests can watch the glass-making process through floor-to-ceiling windows. Further along, guests can leave the restaurant and visit the hlass smelting house via the mezzanine overlooking the red-fired glass vurnaces radiating a comfortable warmth.

Our local unifiltred beer is brewed directly in front of the guests. To ensure first vlass quality, taste, and the beneficial effects of the beer on the human organism, only natural substances -- malt and hops -- as well as water from the brewery's own hunderd-year-old well are used. Here, guests can follow the first stage of beer production; the brewing.
| | The production process continues in the cellar where the fermentation and ageing take place. These stages can be seen from the glass house, taking advantage of another set of windows. All in all two sorts of light-colored beer -- the glass-workers' tap beer (3.5% alcohol) and the "Frantisek" lager (5% alcohol), named after the owner -- as well as one dark beer called "Certak" (5% alcohol) are produced.
The restaurant offers a number of well-known meals and drinks as well as several beer food specials. In addition, guests can taste the so-called "fresh mash", i.e. a prodeuct from the first stage of beer production. This decoction (extract) is served either alone or with domestic rum. All tables are decorated with trays full of malt (sprouted and dried barley) to be enjoyed with the beer.

And last but not least, guests can buy local brewery souvenirs, such as a two-pint beer bottle with a latch cover, a pint glass used in the restaurant, a glass beer mat and a glass two-part ashtray.
